Safety and Certifications
TPR complies strictly with the rules laid down by the International Maritime Organization for the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS CODE). This port facility complied with the last 4 verifications by Naval Prefecture. The ISPS Code is developed under the agreement of SOLAS, and applies to passenger vessels, including passenger ships and high speed cargo ships of gross tonnage exceeding 500 GT, mobile offshore drilling units, and port facilities serving such ships engaged on international voyages. The code works on three levels':' Level 1 in normal operation of the ship or port facility; Level 2 or increased protection; and Level 3 or extraordinary protection. Our terminal is located at Level 1.
National Contingency Plan (PLANACON)
TPR has its own Emergency Plan coordinated with the national system, according to Ordinance No. 8/98 form the Naval Prefecture Argentina (DPMA), Volume 6, based on the 'Scheme for Environmental Protection', to respond in the event of oil spills and other harmful and / or hazardous substances to the environment, the Parana River. It has also signed an agreement with a frontline company, which will assist our port terminal in case of major spills occurring. Such prevention company, has in our facilities, the necessary equipment to deal with such incidents.

Porting feature to SAFETY of the terminal, we have a monitoring center from which nearly seventy cameras are controlled, with domes and fixed cameras located throughout the terminal.
