MASTER PLAN
With the firm intention of planning an integral way the usage of space to meet the growing transference demand on the terminal, TPR has began the development of a MASTER PLAN which will allow increasing the total transfer capacity to more than 25 million of annual tons.

Containers
The central dock will be used for containers handling, projecting its operations with cutting-edge equipment including RTG cranes, gantry cranes and Reach Stacker, what will allow reaching a capacity of 750000 annual TEUS.

Meanwhile, in the south dock is projected to manage the multi-purpose loads operations such as vehicles, bulk cargo, general cargo and project cargo.

BACKUP AREA
Brand new accumulation buildings are part of the project, those will be used for cargo, for either export or import, these areas will totalize 36000 covered m2.
We will additionally count with a parking lot for vehicles, what will position TPR as an important logistic spot for companies in the business in the region.

ENTRANCE
It is taken into consideration the total rebuilding of the entrances to the terminal, contemplating every safety meassure and necessary amenities for the personnel, such as a new medical office, locker room and SIPA station inside the property.
GREENFIELD DOCK
This ambitious project also considers the building of a greenfield type dock, completely new, with exclusive accumulation zones, intended to the transfer of iron mineral. This dock will count with the possibility to link-up up to 8 barges and a vessel simultaneously, with advanced technology and equipment, which will allow a performance of 1600 Tn/hs to unload and 2000 Tn/hs to load, with more than 10 MMYN yearly total transfer capacity.
